Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all online appointment bookings made through the LG Deepam Hospital website.

  1. Appointment Cancellation by Patient
    • Cancellations made before 4 hours of the appointment time will receive a 100% refund.
    • Cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment time are not eligible for a refund.
  2. Hospital/Doctor Cancellation
    • If the hospital cancels an appointment due to an emergency or unavailability, a full refund will be issued.
    • Alternatively, the appointment may be rescheduled based on patient preference.
  3. Refund Processing
    • Refunds will be processed through Razorpay only.
    • Refund amounts may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your bank account.
  4. Non-Refundable Services
    • Consultation fees once the service is completed.
    • Missed appointments (no-show).
  5. Transaction Failures
    • If money is deducted but the appointment is not confirmed, the refund will be initiated automatically through Razorpay.
